Maralyn Militello is a senior vice president, responsible for all clinical quality standards. In this role, Maralyn oversees People Inc.’s nursing, home health and clinical practice.

She most recently served as CEO and Chief Nursing Officer at Eastern Niagara Hospital. A 30-plus year health-care veteran, Maralyn brings abundant clinical, operations, management, nursing education, and project coordination experience to her role, as well as a demonstrated history in quality and performance improvement in health care settings.

Prior to Eastern Niagara Hospital, Maralyn made an impact on quality and patient safety at Kaleida Health, Sentara Healthcare, Chesapeake General Hospital, Sentara Virginia Beach Hospital and Tri-City Medical Center.

Maralyn is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified (NEA-BC) and participated in an executive fellowship in health law at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a member of the Western New York Organization of Nurse Executives (past president), Professional Nurses Association of Western New York (past board member), and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Maralyn earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a master’s degree in public administration with a focus in healthcare administration from Troy State University.

She resides in Tonawanda with her husband and dog.
